[Now that they're settled and Jin Ling is preoccupied getting his things sorted, Wei Wuxian allows his eyes to close, the aches in his body beginning to catch up with him. He does a quick catalog of everything that hurts starting with the leg that is now throbbing pretty badly, and ending with "too many things." He's sure the healer he saw must have given him something for the pain but it's probably beginning to wear off. His face of course doesn't register any of this, as calm and collected as before.

When he opens his eyes again it's a surprisingly difficult task and he sits up with a groan, beginning to peel off his wrist guards before leaning over to remove his boots. It's a painful process to lean that far over, but there's no way he's letting Jin Ling get all fussy and come over to do it himself. The boy had to leave him some dignity at least.

By the time he's done shedding what he can, both the food and bath water have been brought, and he motions to Jin Ling to start with his bath.]

Neither of us are eating before we've bathed and they'll have to change it out between. Bathe then eat. I'll take it after you. I want to sit here for a bit anyway. [It isn't a lie, the thought of getting up and hauling himself into the tub is one that's just a bit too intimidating at the moment. He'll take a breather first.]
